Service Description

Traditional postures are seamlessly and intentionally sequenced together in a flow, syncing the movement with the breath. We explore all elements of the asana practise including dynamic movement, breath, stability, deep stretches, mindfulness and meditation, paired with a calming playlist. Suitable for all levels. Classes are 60 minutes.
